• Understanding the new regulations and current trends surrounding Form I-9 and identifying roles and responsibilities for Employers and the HR Professional.
• Intensive, interactive training to learn the ins-and-outs of correctly preparing an I-9 Form with various identification documents.
• Identifying the requirements, challenges, common errors, and applying knowledge to achieve proper compliance.

Participants are given hands-on exercises to put education into practice and learn about the civil and criminal penalties associated with non-compliance.

GoffWilson I-9 Workshops offer participants recertification credit hours through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) for PHP, SPHR, and GPHR.
