GoffWilson is proud to welcome back Martha Lucia Ellis as Case Manager. A native of Colombia, Martha brings more than ten years of experience in immigration. Prior to joining GoffWilson, Martha worked for Catholic Charities, the International Institute of New Hampshire and a private law firm in Boston, MA working primarily with individuals in VAWA related petitions, in removal proceedings besides handling family and employment based immigrant and non-immigrant visas. Martha obtained accreditation from the Board of Immigration Appeals allowing her to represent individuals in front of the Department of Homeland Security during her tenure at Catholic Charities and the International Institute of New Hampshire.
Martha also comes with an extensive experience living and working in the Middle East for a little over 12 years altogether where she gained invaluable experience working as the Executive Director of the American Businessmen of Jeddah, an organization affiliated with the US Chamber of Commerce, for four years and two years working for Raytheon Middle East Systems as an Executive Secretary prior to that.
Martha joined GoffWilson in April of 2007 and rejoined them in December 2009. She assists our Attorneys with employment-based immigration to include non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions for all professions including health care and high tech.
Martha and her husband Doug also lived in Colorado for a few years and are proud parents of a US Marine and a member of the UMass Lowell field hockey team, 2005 National Champions - Division II. Martha and Doug now enjoy their solitude shared by their beloved howling beagle, Max. | |
