Melissa Monsen, our Immigration Case Coordinator, joined the GoffWilson team in January 2008. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and English from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT, May, 2005. Prior to joining GoffWilson, she worked as an Intellectual Property Legal Assistant and as a Customer Service Representative.
Melissa currently assists with the immigrant visa petitions for Registered Nurses. She works with these nurses to answer their questions, gather the necessary documents, and to prepare the forms and application packages for filing. In addition, she also assists the attorneys and case managers with the preparation of Employment Authorization and Advance Parole renewal applications for all clients.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her parent’s dogs, Maggie and Molly. She hopes to one day have a golden retriever of her own. She also enjoys reading suspense novels, playing along with game shows, working out and learning about nutrition. | |
